SKMN as national insolvency practitioner was appointed to advice a company take over between northern state GLC’s subsidiary, insolvent company, MDI and the acquiring company.

The disposal and acquisition involved also a Malaysia Department of Insolvency. SKMN had appointed a KL leading lawyer to handle the transactions.

The process will take time due to many parties involved in the disposals and take over. The process involved shares and assets valuation.
