SKMN the founder of CPA Network Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Had appointed a leading lawyer to prepare professional accountants Practice Continuation Agreement (PCA) for their members.

The PCA is mandatory to sole proprietor to ensure continuity in the event of permanent disablement of sole proprietor.

The PCA will be both comply with conventional and shariah acceptable to Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Companies Commission of Malaysia. The PCA assured continuity and the quantum of the taking over. CPA Network Malaysia will assign any one of their members to take over the practitioner if the surviving practitioners in the PCA do not intend to take over.
