Mohd Noh gave a talk on taxation of chartered Accountant’s firms to senior tax officers of Inland Revenue Board in LHDN’s Tax Academy office in Bangi.

The talk was at the invitation of tax Academy who wanted more clearer pictures on types of services offered by firms of chartered accountants and the basis in arriving at their fees.

Many questions were raised by tax officers on how the fees were arrived at and when the payments were made. As seasoned practitioner lots of questions raised in other professional firms like lawyers, architects etc were answered during the questions and answers session.

The talk is very important because it create opening for the SKMN to have access at right persons on issue encountered during daily work. The tea break discussion were more interesting on various approached taken to tax those marketing using social media which looked no one can escape tax.

The talk was LHDN’s annual program.
